4 red anchovies
4 white anchovies
80 g smoked hake
160 g flavoured smoked salmon loin chunks
80 g smoked salmon slices
80 g wild smoked salmon slices
80 g cod chunks
1 jar salmon roe
Pickled onions, pickles, capers…
Dill sauce
Mini-blinis
Croutons
Extra virgin olive oil
Croutons

INSTRUCTIONS:

Arranged the smoked foods on a platter and garnish with roe, pickled morsels, blinis, croutons, dill sauce, black pepper and sprouts.
