INGREDIENTS:

1 Benfumat smoked salmon fillet (approx. 1.2 kg)

Fruit

Nuts

Cream cheese spread

Boiled quail eggs

Benfumat salmon roe

Caviar

Microgreens

Pickles

Benfumat crackers

INSTRUCTIONS:

Arrange the salmon fillet on a wooden platter and add fruit such as figs, melon, mango and citrus fruits.

Pickles: olives, radishes, gherkins, pickled onions, capers, nuts, roe, caviar, crackers, cucumber, hard boiled quail eggs. Finish by decorating with microgreens.

Encurtidos: aceituna, rábanos, pepinillos, cebollitas, alcaparras, frutos secos, huevas, caviar, crackers, pepino, huevos duros de codorniz.

Acabar decorando con germinados.
