And that\u2019s it.<\/p>\r\n<p>The perfect canap\u00e9, fit for the most discerning foodie guests.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EEL \u2018ALL I PEBRE\u2019<\/h3><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9895\" src=\"https:\/\/benfumat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/anguilas-all-i-pebre.jpg\" alt=\"batch__va_9029.jpg\" width=\"483\" height=\"321\" title=\"\"><\/figure><p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>800 &#8211; 1000g eel<\/li>\r\n<li>Half a bulb of garlic<\/li>\r\n<li>1 dried chilli<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp sweet paprika<\/li>\r\n<li>800g potatoes<\/li>\r\n<li>1 handful fresh parsley<\/li>\r\n<li>Gourmet olive oil<\/li>\r\n<li>50g toasted almonds<\/li>\r\n<\/ul><p>Heat half a cup of olive oil in a casserole dish and fry the whole garlic cloves (lightly crushed beforehand).<\/p>\r\n<p>As they begin to take on some colour, take out two and put to one side. Add the paprika and chillies, sliced into strips, and then add 800ml of water.<\/p>\r\n<p>As it comes to the boil, add the peeled and sliced potatoes and sliced eel.<\/p>\r\n<p>Cook on a low heat for around 20 minutes (check the potatoes are tender). In the meantime, crush the reserved garlic cloves with the almonds and parsley.<\/p>\r\n<p>Add them to the pot, and cook for a further 5 minutes.<\/p>\r\n<p>Cutting the potatoes into chunks rather than clean slices will give you a thicker broth.<\/p>\r\n<p>And your typical Levant dish is ready.
