Fresh diced NATURE smoked salmon arugula pesto pasta

INGREDIENTS:

1 pack of diced Nature salmon

400 g spaghetti

1 bag of arugula

150g peeled and roasted pistachios

salt and pepper

Olive oil

Arugula leaves to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

Shred and grind with a blender the arugula and pistachios,  add the olive oil gradually until a smooth paste is obtained.

Boil the spaghetti

Serve the spaghetti, salt and pepper, add the pesto and diced salmon, garnish with arugula leaves.
