INGREDIENTS:

 

400 g diced wild Alaskan salmon

4 potatoes

2 tablespoons of cream cheese spread

4 teaspoons of caviar

INSTRUCTIONS:

Boil the unpeeled potatoes in salted water until cooked.

Slice the potatoes and spread with cream cheese. Add the caviar and serve with the diced wild salmon.
